Opening Hours Over The Holiday Period

Please ensure you order your medication in plenty of time so you have enough medication over the festive period.
Please allow at least 3 working days. Remember we cannot accept requests over the phone for safety reasons.

Mental Health Matters
This winter, Mental Health Matters and the Devon Mental Health Alliance are partnering to run weekly ‘Winter Warmer’ sessions across Devon. These will be friendly, welcoming spaces to help you stay well throughout the colder months.
The sessions are free and open to all adults. Whether you’d like to pop in just once or come along regularly, you’ll always be welcome. If you’d like more information, you can email them at:

Advice For Staying Warm This Winter
- Heat your home to at least 18°C if you can.
- Keep your bedroom window closed on cold nights so you do not breathe cold air.
- Move around indoors and try not to sit still for more than 1 hour.
- Wear lots of layers of thin clothes.
