Enhanced Access

We're here for you evenings and weekends

Evening and weekend appointments are available at this GP practice or at an NHS service nearby - including your vaccinations, health checks and screenings.

To see the weekends we are open, click here.

Appointments (subject to availability) can be accessed by all patients registered with practices in our Primary Care Network.

These practices are:- Cranbook Surgery, Pinhoe Surgery, Broadclyst Surgery, Topsham Surgery, Glasshouse Medical Centre, Ide Lane Surgery, Exminster Surgery and Starcross Surgery.

It would also be helpful, wherever possible, to notify the surgery by 6pm on a Friday if you are unable to attend a weekend appointment.

These appointments (subject to availability) are available:

  • Saturdays, 9am to 5pm and
  • Monday to Friday, 6:30pm to 8pm (covered by PCN Practices listed above).
  • Bank Holiday times may vary. Times may be subject to change.

NHS Walk-in Centre

NHS walk-in centres offer convenient access to healthcare advice and treatment for minor injuries and illnesses. They don't replace GP or hospital services but are intended to complement existing local services.

The Walk-In Centre at 31D Sidwell Street, Exeter EX4 6NN is open 8am to 4pm, Monday to Saturday and 10am to 4pm on Sundays.

Life Threatening

Call 999 or go to A&E now if:

  • you or someone you know needs immediate help
  • you have seriously harmed yourself – for example, by taking a drug overdose

A mental health emergency should be taken as seriously as a medical emergency.
