Maternity & Parenting
Local Support
Royal Devon University Healthcare - Community Maternity Services
Accessing maternity services at the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital is now simpler. You can begin your maternity care by completing an online self-referral form on the Royal Devon website. This means you no longer need to contact a midwife directly to book your first appointment, making it easier to access antenatal care across Exeter and East Devon, in line with services in North Devon.
HANDi Paediatric App
The HANDi Paediatric app gives up-to-date advice about common childhood illnesses and how to treat them.
Developed by NHS organisations in Devon, the HANDi Paediatric app is available to download for free onto any Apple or Android smartphone or tablet.
The app has been designed to help reduce the number of children and young people who visit A&E, but need no treatment.
