Superb travel advice from expert nurse

Excellent service from start to finish. The experienced nurse was highly skilled in dealing with the whole family and their differing levels of pre-existing vaccination status and their personalities! She was knowledgeable, clear, reassuring and good humoured. She had researched both us as a family and our destination requirements before we arrived. Very grateful to have such a fantastic service in our practice.

Wonderful practice working under pressure

Over the last few years I have always received excellent care at Westbank and Starcross and have always been able to get a face to face appointment when needed. Our GP services are under severe pressure, but I have always been treated with kindness and compassion here. Thank you to all the staff who work under relentless pressure, I see you and I am grateful for everything you do.

excellent practice, excellent staff

had two appointments on the same day - physio 1st and the hypertension review with the nurse - conveniently the appointments were made so I only had a five minute wait in between. All the doctors and staff are brilliant at the westbank practice I would recommend them 10/10

Very good services

The surgery has amazing staff and they are very proffesional. They had so much patience. Everytime when i went there, they made my visit more comfortable and less stress.
