Immediately entering surgery I had full attention from receptionist who was polite, and dealt with my questions and concerns quickly and professionally. I was able to see my own doctor who has known he since I joined the surgery. I felt I was given time to explain my symptoms, condition, not rushed but attended and listened to. I always feel confident with my doctor’s diagnosis and what he prescribes. I feel very fortunate to have the well run surgery that I have and able to access the service offered.

Professional from start to finish . From receptionist to nurse to HCA to doctor . I can always get an appointment when I need one either in person or via telephone. Very lucky to have a surgery like this ! The pharmacy is very good as well and are extremely helpful .

Mine was quite a straight forward enquiry so thought it may go to the bottom of the pile. However, I received a call back faster than expected by a doctor who dealt with my issue promptly. Very impressed!

Reception staff are brilliant. Please pass on how excellent, good humoured, approachable & ‘responsive to need’ (CQC category here 😁😁) I also saw Mel for a flu jab. She was execellent & Alex to prescribe antibiotics for an infected toe then Sam to check over my knee after a cycle crash some months ago. So I’ve had a lot of contact after many years of none and can say with no exception. Everyone was great
