I saw the nurse/HCA for my annual blood check. She was very lovely and made me feel at ease. She asked how my recent knee surgery and recovery was, which was a nice personable touch.

I am divided professional attention. I felt comfortable and able to express myself and talk freely. I was listened to and given advice. I felt totally understood and trusted the decision regarding my follow up request for a ct scan that had been requested by Bristol north hospital. I’m most grateful for such a wonderful service and a practice that’s run in such a friendly, helpful and also professional system.
