Friends and Family Test Feedback

Receptionist was really lovely and welcoming, she was also very understanding and sympathethic, all amazing qualities to have. The GP was also very understanding and extremely helpful, having recently lost our 10 year old grandson in a tragic accident it was so easy to be able to speak to the Receptionist and GP regarding this. Thank you both so much.

The log on system was quick and easy The waiting room was clean and bright And was seen by the nurse soon after entry The whole experience was quick and stress free just what you need when visiting any surgery.

Experienced some unexpected symptoms whilst taking new medication. The GP messaged me same day with guidance and was able to see me that afternoon for consultation. Tests carried out same day, prompt and efficient consultation with clear guidance on next steps. Gold Standard!

I attended the surgery for blood tests and whilst with the nurse (Tony), mentioned a potential UTI. I provided a specimen which he tested and advised me to seek an appointment with the doctor the same day. This was arranged on leaving the surgery and I met with the paramedic with 30 minutes. Absolutely brilliant!

Dr Morgan, listened to my problem, having obviously already read the note I left when booking the appointment. Explained what he felt the issue was and explained the treatment he gave me, all done in professional yet friendly manner

Réception staff are friendly and efficient. A doctor I had not seen before, charming and very thorough. Still fairly new to the surgery and I am more than happy with my experience thus far

The paramedic I saw gave me a thorough examination and gave me very clear advice about what I should do to mitigate the effects of my accident, and how to ensure a good recovery. I found his advice very helpful.

Short wait to be seen. Friendly and efficient service and procedure. Clean, bright and tidy waiting room and clinic rooms. Cannot think of anything which could have been done better.

I was anxious about my GP visit today as I had a lot to discuss and was confused about the way forward for my health and wellbeing. My GP was very supportive, and listened to everything I said. They were really helpful in breaking things down for me. I really felt I had their full attention and they were treating me in a holistic manner. I now feel much more positive and have a stepped plan for going forward. Thank you.
