We are so lucky to have this GP surgery. Receptionists are always very friendly and helpful, online availability great and with the exception of one experience with one GP - my experience has always been excellent. Dr Wong and Dr Ghandi in particular have been amazing for our family

Went in to order a repeat prescription for my husband and it had already been issued. We only moved to Exminster and the surgery 18 months ago and are continually so grateful for the kindness and efficiency of every member of staff that we have spoken to.

The staff answer with a happy voice and are able to deal with both Westbank and Starcross professionally They are able to cover a large number of problems. I can’t think of anything they could do better . They get 10 out of 10 from me!

The service you provide is first class, admin staff are professional and charming. The medical staff are again professional, empathetic and listen then act where necessary. Visits to the surgery can be worrying but everyone involved makes it as stress free as possible .

I received the call-back in accordance with my request to The Receptionist. Dr. Morris dealt efficiently with my request and restored my peace of mind by organising the required 'script' for collection before the New Year closure.
