Friends and Family Test Feedback

For sometime I’ve been dealing with an ongoing condition and having to visit the surgery several times. I have never had any difficulty when making an appointment. Each time my GP has listened to my symptoms without me feeling rushed. He explained potential causes of my symptoms & after blood tests we discussed a process in developing a treatment plan in a clear and supportive manner. It was decided to change diet and lifestyle. This has since made a positive impact on my health and is itself a credit to my GP and the team at Westbank for being supportive. I feel incredibly fortunate to be a patient at Westbank practice. Every one at the practice is helpful, kind and professional. The reception staff are brilliant and have consistently helped me obtain appointments during my recent illness. The Doctors and physiotherapist I’ve seen have all provided excellent holistic care and advice. We are so lucky to have such an excellent surgery in Exminster.
