Receptionists are always kind and considerate and never judgemental. The surgery is always able to offer me an appointment whether it be f2f or on the phone. Dr Morris, Dr Broome and Dr Maurice have all been amazing while I've been in weekly contact due to my HRT medication.

I called at 09.05, I got an appointment at 10.35. The doctor referred me for an x-ray and the hospital called me at 16.00 with an appointment time 2 days later. Brilliant.

The receptionist at the practice is excellent. She is friendly and extremely helpful in facilitating requests, and efficient in making appointments. The practice, overall, is fantastic, and I feel very lucky to have this local NHS resource.

I called in during early afternoon and was offered two appointments. Took the later one and was seen by a lovely young doctor/registrar who listened, looked and gave very helpful advice/exercises. Things have improved. All credit to everyone for a fast effective service ❤️
