The reception staff are exceptionally helpful and efficient. I requested a GP call back. The GP who called me (Dr Alice Clarke) was efficient and helpful, helping me to feel heard and supported as a patient. I would like to say that I think the practice is excellent and everyone, including reception staff, practice nurses, phlebotomists, paramedics and GP’s are approachable, helpful and efficient. Thank you!

I was able to make an appointment at a convenient time. On the day I was seen promptly. I felt I was listened to and given advice on what the next steps should be!

My phone consultation was booked on for the same day and I was prescribed pain relief which was ready for collection in the afternoon.

I’ve recently needed to see a doctor on several occasions for a range of different issues. Each time, the practice has been thoroughly professional—getting me seen the same day when necessary and providing care that was accurate, clearly explained, and effective.
From diagnosis to treatment, everything was handled with care and competence. In both Exminster and Starcross, every member of staff I encountered—from the receptionists to the doctors—was pleasant, discreet, understanding, and genuinely willing to go the extra mile.
At a time when GP surgeries are often criticised in the media, this practice has shown me that excellent care is still very much possible within the current system. They’ve truly exceeded my expectations, and I feel they deserve recognition for the quality of service they provide.
I rarely write reviews, but I’ve been so impressed that I felt compelled to write this one. Thank you to everyone at the practice—you’re doing a fantastic job.

The receptionist Tracey on Friday night at 17.52 (!) was so kind and helpful nothing was too much trouble. She sent me a link, submitted my photo and consultation to Dr Wong who prescribed antibiotics to my daughter by 18.02!
Couldn’t ask for better service.
