All the doctors especially Dr Morgan are extremely kind,helpful and always discuss your problems with efficacy and respect,the nurses are amazing as are the receptionists,I cannot fault the surgery,I am very pleased to have a surgery that puts patients first and are always looking at the system to better its care for their patients

I was feeling incredibly ill and unable to get to the surgery. Dr Tomlinson called me and listened to my ailments and was able to provide me with medication which was very much appreciated. I feel grateful that my symptoms were taken seriously and that as a capable adult I was allowed to make the right choice for me and feel listened to. It took me about ten days to recover from a horrible bout of tonsillitis but he was great.... A big thank you to Dr Tomlinson from me!

I saw Dr S Wimalagunaratna. Dr Sachin is extremely attentive, patient, and caring. He explains everything clearly and takes the time to ensure I feel understood and supported. I feel confident that I am in safe hands under his care, and I truly hope he continues to be our doctor at the surgery.

I experienced an acute problem early one morning and fully expected tont get an appointment for a while. However,the receptionist at Exminster offered me an appointment at Starcross within 35 minutes which I very gratefully accepted.Dr Wong was excellent as always.He explained everything very clearly and there was no rush He rang me back within a few hours with my blood test results. When I hear of other people's poor experiences at other surgeries I am so grateful that our surgery has not joined up with others .Thank you.

Dr Ghandi is super professional, yet personable she’s focused on listening to her patient and takes a pragmatic and person centred approach - tailoring her approach to each situation and patient.

Professional, but understand of my personal situation, extremely thorough, and explained everything without rushing, which made processing a lot easier. Also included follow up advice text which is really helpful, and follow up appointment made very quickly.

Attentive, friendly helpful reception staff that were committed to making you feel welcome and dealing efficiently with queries. Nursing staff rhat were gentle and understanding, providing reassurance and ineracted in conversation which was lovely.
