Westbank practice have been consistently brilliant and feel truly supported and looked after by the kindest of receptionist and doctors. Can’t fault them in anyway and I feel so grateful to be able to access this surgery.

The doctor I saw is excellent and follows everything through. I’m hard of hearing but things were explained to me without rushing.

I was very distressed and in pain when I phoned to see if I could see a doctor. I was seen 4 hours later by a lovely doctor. I was given some tests and prescribed some medication. The medication helped immediately with the pain. I received a message from the doctor inviting me to return if my symptoms hadn’t settled. I was treated with dignity, professionalism and excellence. I have been struggling so much with my health for the past 18 months, despite having a very healthy lifestyle. The practice is absolutely excellent. I can’t fault them. I feel very supported. Every person I speak with is very patient and professional. Thank you.

I find the limes surgery absolutely brilliant. I rang this morning to see if my 13 year old son could be seen and and they couldn’t be more helpful.
I find the doctors provide their time and attention and show their care at all times. I feel extremely lucky to live in a village with this doctors surgery. I just hope you are given the appreciation you all deserve. Mrs A Myers
