I arrived just before my time and the lady Dr called me in hardly any waiting.i had never met that Dr before and found her very good she listened and sorted things out for me

Our GP surgery has to be one of the best still available and for that I am very grateful. After receiving not so positive treatment within a hospital setting, this helped so much to have good continuous care at our GP surgery. Thank you

The nurse was very calm, she explained everything she was foing, checked I was ok with her touching me and made sure I understood everything and gave me lots of opportunities to ask questions. She made an unpleasant procedure a very positive experience.

Dr Morris was really good, I felt she understood and listened to what I had to say and could tell it was causing me anxiety. She helped clearly plan a course of action going forward with a follow up date set in the diary straight after I left the surgery. I felt very relieved when I left the surgery.

Annual hypertension review completed swiftly, lots of supportive and positive guidance. Helpful reception staff. Seen on time and given plenty of time in the appointment.

I was able to call up in the morning and get an appointment with a doctor for the same day. The doctor arrived on time and listened to my problem whilst providing an aid quickly. Over all it was a really positive experience and I couldn't have asked for better!

Very good isn't high enough. In my wife's and my 75+ years, this is the best surgery practice we have ever had. The office/telephone staff, as well as the doctors and nurses, are all friendly and easy to talk to – and they care. As you would expect, both Starcross and Exminster practices are always spotless. We really could never have wished for better. Our experience – exemplary.
