The length of time allowed to discuss my medications with Will, pharmacist, made we feel heard and well cared for. I’ve not had a medication review before and found this extremely helpful as we went through each one and considered the benefits, contradicting elements and value of remaining on them.

I got a face to facecappointment with the GP of my choice. He diagnosed my problem and he phone my blood test results that evening. He gave clear guidance on my medication. He rang me a couple of days later to check how thjngs were going.

I was recently visited at home by Alex and Mel, for a sensitive issue. They were both very very good. understanding of my complex needs, and had excellent communication skills. I have special needs and appreciate their understanding. This is my second visit with this pairing and I appreciate how they work.
