Friends and Family Test Feedback

I found my GP practice to be efficient and helpful as always. I am aware how busy and pressured things are in primary care right now and yet I am always treated respectfully and never feel rushed. Just being able to have a telephone conversation sometimes is hugely helpful instead of having to have a face to face appointment as I work full time myself. I feel very lucky to re registered at the GP surgery I am.

I saw the nurse for an injection and she was concerned about my BP. After questioning me, she suggested that I see a GP and booked me an apt that was later that morning. The GP ordered a BT and booked it for later that morning. So I saw the Nurse, GP and Medication a hour of my original apt time. It was thorough and speedy and I am very grateful.

I have always had excellent service from my practice. Everyone is friendly and helpful from Receptionists, admin through to all medical staff.

From the moment you speak to the receptionist to the appointment with Drs or any medical staff the treatment is always terrific this is the best surgery I have ever used and I’m 73.
