Practice Manager: Claire
I have worked within Primary Care since 2008. I joined the Westbank Practice in April 2018.
I am involved in managing all aspects of the practice, ensuring the smooth running of the day to day needs and requirements of our busy practice. This involves ensuring the right systems are in place with regards to premises, staff, equipment, legislation and information technology to ensure high quality patient care and patient safety.
I take pride in leading, motivating and supporting all staff, to deliver competent, compassionate and high quality services for all our patients.

Operations Manager: Luke
I deal with the setting up of new technology and software, helping Claire with day to day running of the practice, and generally work behind the scenes.
Sue (Senior Receptionist), Liz, Jill, Gaynor, Sharon, Sandra, Ali, Jade, Lisa, Chloe and Eden.
We are a team of eleven receptionists who between us cover both Starcross and Exminster surgeries. Several of us have been with the Practice for many years, which just goes to prove that we have a happy team who enjoy the many varied and challenging aspects of our work.
Sharon D and Sharon Q
We help to deal with sending out the recall letters and text messages, scanning in and coding documents, ensuring patients records are kept up to date.
Jade, Alison and Alex.
Our main role involves typing; including referrals via DRSS/e-referral (enabling patients to choose where they would like to be seen), general administration and supporting the GP's. We also type up letters requested by patients for any non-NHS work.
We also have our apprentices Halle and Ellie who are learning our reception and data admin tasks.
